We at Diveholics have provided you with lists of different regulators and BCDs with divers’ reviews and feedback for each of the products and brands, so as to make your research journey a lot easier.
After you have decided on the product and brand, remember to always take care of your equipment and constantly repair and clean it after each dive, always have your equipment in tact and never have it dangling from the side, both to protect the equipment and the environment at the same time.
Never forget what you learnt at your first diving course, “The best equipment in the one that suits you the most
“, we hope that you have safe dives with elegant equipment.

pockets

Pockets are important in the BCD as it holds accessories that might be needed underwater, such as camera lenses, not having a pocket to keep such small fiddly things can result in their loss or damage.

Nylon Outer Cover

The thickness of the thread used in the making of the BCD is a primary element in determining how long it will last for, the thicker it is, the longer it will last, as it will be more protected from scratches against rocks or boat edges, etc.

D-rings

Side Mount rings can be used during technical diving to attach multiple cylinders or attach accessories.

weight system

Spreading out weights saves the diver the trouble of having a weight belt, while at the same time it achieves more balance during the dive.

Buoyancy system

There are two types of BCD, back inflation and frontal inflation, while back inflation is more practical, it can be hard to adjust to quickly, making frontal inflation the more comfortable choice for beginners.

Deflation

Air deflation ports are used to control buoyancy and controlling how much air is in the BCD, every BCD has one main deflation port, all other ports are additional and may vary in number according to the company and brand, they can be used to deflate the BCD, as well as clean it from the inside.
